Brickstar Capital, LLC ("Brickstar") is a private investment company that focuses on the acquisition and debt placement of value-add properties in well-located areas on the West Coast. Although Brickstar is primarily focused on service-oriented retail centers and creative office, Brickstar does not shy away from any asset type with its diverse portfolio of retail, hospitality, multi-family, office, industrial, and land in Southern California and Nevada.  Brickstar seeks to acquire either income producing assets with a strong value-add component or opportunistic assets with high vacancies. 

Brickstar's investment size ranges from $2.5M to $100M. Our highly liquid structure and existing relationships allow us to move quickly pursuant to a Seller's timeline. We cherish and protect our relationships; living by the motto: People first, Deals second.

Value Add - Service Oriented Shopping Centers 

High Street Retail, Office, Hospitality, Senior Living, and Multi-Family.

 

Debt Placement and Purchases: 

1st Trust Deeds only. Asset based underwriting criteria. Quick turnaround. 

Locations:

California, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Texas, Florida.

Minimum Investment Size: 

$2,500,000 on Properties, $1,000,000 on Debt Placement.

Maximum Investment Size: 

$100,000,000 on Properties, $25,000,000 on Debt Placement.

Terms:

Flexible with the ability to do all cash or assume existing debt. Ability to close quickly per Seller's timeline.
